firm white fish, cut into large pieces

4.00 medium Tomatoes
chopped
2.00 medium Green plantains
peeled and cut into chunks
6.00 cloves Garlic
minced
2.00 tbsp Ginger
freshly grated
2.00 medium Green chilies
slit lengthwise

400.00 ml Coconut milk

Season fish pieces with salt and lime juice.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Cook onions until softened.
