800.00 g White fish fillets
firm fish like snapper, cut into bite-size pieces
4.00 cloves Garlic
minced
2.00 tbsp Ginger
freshly grated
2.00 medium Green chilies
finely chopped
1.00 tsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tsp Cumin powder
1.00 tsp Coriander powder
0.50 cup Rice flour
0.25 cup Cornstarch
1.50 tsp Salt
to taste
0.50 tsp Black pepper
freshly ground
500.00 ml Vegetable oil
for deep frying
2.00 medium Lemon
cut into wedges
0.25 cup Fresh coriander
chopped

Mix garlic, ginger, and green chilies in a bowl.

Add ground spices, salt, and pepper.

Add fish pieces and mix well to coat.

Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Mix rice flour and cornstarch in a plate.

Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).

Coat each fish piece in flour mixture.
