Instructions (14 steps)

Season goat with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Brown goat meat in batches until well-seared.

Remove meat and set aside.

In same pot, add whole spices and bay leaves.

Add onions and cook until deep golden brown.
