Instructions (7 steps)

Place chicken, onion, and garlic in large pot with 10 cups water.

Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer until chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.

Remove chicken, shred meat, discard bones and skin.

Add all potatoes and corn to broth, simmer 20 minutes.

Add guascas and shredded chicken, cook 10 more minutes.
