Butter
melted
0.50 cup
Heavy cream

Sugar

Salt

All-purpose flour

Instructions (7 steps)

Mix riced potatoes with butter, cream, sugar, and salt.

Cool mixture completely, preferably overnight.

Gradually add flour until dough is workable.

Roll portions very thin on floured surface.

Cook on lefse griddle or dry skillet until light brown spots appear.

Flip and cook other side briefly.
