Instructions (6 steps)

Pound pork chops to 1.5cm thickness, season with salt and pepper.

Set up breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko.

Coat pork in flour, egg, then panko, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat oil to 170°C (340°F) in deep pot.

Fry pork for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 63°C.
