500.00 ml Vanilla ice cream
300.00 g Raspberries
fresh or frozen
100.00 g Sugar
1.00 tbsp Lemon juice
1.00 tbsp Cornstarch
2.00 tbsp Water
200.00 ml Whipped cream
50.00 g White chocolate
shaved

Heat raspberries with sugar until soft.
