Instructions (8 steps)

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar. Let proof 10 minutes.

Mix flour, remaining sugar, salt, orange zest in large bowl.

Add yeast mixture, 2 eggs, butter, orange blossom water. Knead 15 minutes.

Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 2 hours.

Punch down, shape into ring. Place on baking sheet with hole in center.

Insert small figurine and dried bean into dough from bottom.
