Corn on cob

Instructions (8 steps)

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Let marinate 30 min.

Brown chicken pieces in large pot with oil. Remove and set aside.

Sauté onion in same pot. Return chicken, add 10 cups water and bouillon.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.

Add yuca, ñame, and plantains. Simmer 20 minutes.

Add corn and culantro. Cook 15 more minutes until vegetables tender.
