Instructions (8 steps)

Sauté onions in oil. Add garlic, ginger, curry, pilipili.

Add chicken pieces, brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, cook until soft and forming sauce.

Add 2 cups water, cardamom, cinnamon. Simmer 30 minutes.
