Instructions (8 steps)

Wash taro leaves thoroughly. Remove tough stems and veins.

Mix corned beef, onions, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper.

Add 1 cup coconut cream to beef mixture. Mix well.

Place spoonful of filling on taro leaf. Fold into packet.

Stack several leaf packets. Wrap tightly in foil.

Place packets in baking dish. Pour remaining coconut cream over.

Bake at 350°F for 2.5 hours until leaves very tender.
