Instructions (8 steps)

Soak dried fish in warm water 30 minutes. Flake, remove bones.

Heat palm oil. Sauté onions, garlic, malagueta until fragrant.

Add tomatoes. Cook until broken down and saucy.

Add sweet potatoes and eggplant. Add water. Simmer 20 minutes.
