If using fresh leaves, pound or grind cassava leaves very finely.

Brown beef in palm oil. Add onions, garlic, scotch bonnets.

Add ground cassava leaves and water. Bring to boil.

Simmer 2 hours, stirring frequently. Cassava must cook long time.

Add flaked fish and peanut butter. Stir well.
