Instructions (8 steps)

Wash taro leaves thoroughly. Remove tough stems.

Mix corned beef with onions and 1 cup coconut cream.

Place spoonful of filling on taro leaf. Fold into packet.

Wrap each leaf packet in aluminum foil tightly.

Place packets in baking dish. Pour remaining coconut cream over.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 2.5 hours.
