Instructions (8 steps)

Make dough: mix flour, 3 eggs, salt, water. Knead smooth. Rest 30 minutes.

Sauté onions in butter. Mix with meats, spinach, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, parsley, nutmeg.

Roll dough thin into large rectangle.

Place filling in rows. Cover with second dough sheet. Press between rows.
