Instructions (7 steps)

Bring salted water to boil in heavy pot.

Gradually add cornmeal while stirring constantly.

Cook stirring for 25 minutes until very thick.

Clean and soak kapenta, then fry until crispy.

Cook onions and garlic, add tomatoes.

Add kapenta and simmer with groundnuts.

Serve nshima with kapenta and steamed greens.
